Meet Tahja-Rae

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth psychotherapy for individuals seeking support, clarity, and emotional steadiness during difficult seasons of life.

My work is grounded, collaborative, and paced with care. I believe therapy should feel safe, thoughtful, and supportive, not rushed or overwhelming. Together, we focus on understanding patterns, strengthening coping skills, and creating space for healing that feels realistic and sustainable.

Many clients come to therapy feeling emotionally drained, uncertain, or disconnected from themselves. My role is to help you slow down, regain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and support.

My Approach to Therapy

My approach to therapy is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in safety. I believe healing happens best when clients feel seen, respected, and supported at their own pace.

I work from a trauma-informed lens and focus on helping clients build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and better understand the patterns shaping their experiences. Sessions are not rushed or scripted. Instead, we move intentionally, guided by your needs and readiness.

Faith and spirituality may be incorporated when clients choose to include them, always with care, respect, and clinical grounding. My role is not to direct your beliefs, but to support your healing in a way that feels aligned and meaningful to you.

Above all, therapy is a space where you are not expected to have everything figured out. We slow things down, make room for clarity, and work toward change that feels sustainable and realistic.

My Why

I became a therapist because I believe healing is possible, even after seasons of stress, loss, and emotional burnout.

As a single mother, I understand the pressure of holding everything together while feeling like you are running on empty. I created this practice to offer a space that feels safe, honest, and supportive.

With practical tools, compassionate care, and God’s guidance, my hope is that you leave therapy feeling steadier, clearer, and more restored.
