Therapy Services

I offer telehealth psychotherapy for individuals seeking support during seasons of emotional overwhelm, transition, or uncertainty. My work is grounded, collaborative, and paced with care.

Sessions focus on helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop greater emotional steadiness in daily life. Therapy is tailored to your needs and goals, with space to move at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

My Therapeutic Approach

A grounded, collaborative space for healing

Therapy is not about fixing who you are. It is about creating space to understand what you have carried, how it has shaped you, and what you need as you move forward.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and paced with care. Sessions are grounded in evidence-based practices while honoring each client’s lived experience, values, and personal strengths. I work from a trauma-informed lens and tailor treatment to meet you where you are, rather than expecting you to fit into a rigid model.

Therapy is a process of building insight, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing tools that support steadiness in daily life. Together, we move at a pace that feels safe, intentional, and supportive.

Brainspotting Therapy

Brainspotting is an optional, trauma-informed approach that can support the processing of experiences that may be difficult to reach through talk therapy alone. It works by identifying specific eye positions connected to emotional or physiological responses, allowing the brain and body to process stored stress or trauma at a natural pace.

This approach is introduced thoughtfully and only when clinically appropriate, with careful attention to safety, consent, and emotional grounding.

  • Trauma-informed and body-based

  • Client-paced and collaborative

  • Integrated within ongoing therapy sessions

A Supportive Space, Built With Care

What you can expect

Therapy is a space where you are met with respect, patience, and care. Sessions are guided by your needs and paced in a way that feels manageable and supportive.

You do not need to have the right words or a clear plan. We begin where you are, and we move forward together with intention.

At times, therapy may feel reflective or challenging. At others, it may feel steady and grounding. Throughout the process, your safety, consent, and emotional wellbeing remain central.

This work is not about rushing change. It is about creating room for understanding, growth, and relief over time.

Next Steps

When you are ready, the next step is to schedule an initial consultation. This space allows us to talk through what you are looking for, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether working together feels like the right fit.

Therapy begins with connection, clarity, and care. We move forward only if it feels supportive and aligned for you.

Frequently asked questions

Do you accept insurance?

I am a private pay practice and do not accept insurance at this time. Payment is due at the time of session. I can provide a superbill upon request for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. All sessions are provided through secure telehealth. This allows clients to attend therapy from the comfort and privacy of their own space.

How long are therapy sessions?

Individual therapy sessions are 50–55 minutes in length. The frequency of sessions is determined collaboratively based on your needs and goals.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

The initial consultation provides space to share what you’re hoping for and ask questions about the therapy process. Together, we will explore whether this feels like a supportive fit for you at this time.
